YITA Soil Stabilizer

YITA Soil Stabilizer – Liquid Soil Stabilizer

YITA Soil Stabilizer is a high-concentration, composite ionic liquid soil stabilizer. Through physical and chemical reactions with soil and inorganic binders (such as cement and lime), it transforms weak soils into dense, uniform, high-strength and durable composite stabilized soil. This product can be widely used in road bases, soft ground treatment, site hardening, anti-seepage projects, and other fields, achieving local material sourcing, resource conservation, cost reduction, and environmental protection.

Core Features & Advantages

1. High Efficiency Curing, Significant Strength Improvement

7-day unconfined compressive strength ≥ 2.5 MPa, soaked CBR value increased from less than 5% to over 80%, meeting the requirements for high-grade road base layers.

Forms a network crystal structure that fills soil pores, improving density, resilience modulus, shear strength, and water stability.

Long-term strength continues to grow, with durability better than traditional water-stable crushed stone materials.

2. Extremely Low Dosage, Outstanding Economy

Dosage is only 0.01% – 0.05% of dry soil weight (approximately 0.2–1.0 kg per cubic meter of compacted mixture).

Compared to cement concrete, cost savings of over 78% ; compared to asphalt concrete, over 88% ; compared to water-stable layer, over 50% .

In typical project cases, the cost of the stabilized soil solution is only about 10% of the reinforced concrete solution (saving nearly 90%).

3. Environmentally Friendly, Non-Toxic, Low Carbon

The product is weakly alkaline (pH 8.5), non-toxic, non-corrosive, and eco-friendly.

Reduces the use of high-carbon emission materials such as cement and lime. Each ton of stabilizer can reduce several tons of CO₂ emissions.

Uses on-site soil, eliminating the need for mining crushed stone or gravel, protecting natural resources.

4. Easy Construction, Strong Adaptability

Liquid form, can be diluted with water in proportion and sprayed directly, easy to mix evenly.

Suitable for road mixing or plant mixing methods, no special equipment required (conventional road mixers, water trucks, rollers are sufficient).

Adapts to a variety of soil types: clay, silt, sand, saline soil, high-moisture soft soil, tailings, sludge, etc.

Especially suitable for high-moisture clay in Southeast Asia and saline soil and freeze-thaw environments in Central Asia.

5. Safe Storage & Transport, No Special Restrictions

According to MSDS and transport information, this product is not classified as dangerous goods and can be transported as ordinary cargo (no special restrictions for land, sea, or air transport).

Simple storage conditions: cool, dry, protected from light, sealed, away from strong oxidizers.

6. Good Durability, Easy Maintenance

Stabilized soil has excellent freeze-thaw resistance (strength loss < 15% after 25 freeze-thaw cycles) and impermeability (permeability coefficient < 10⁻⁷ cm/s).

After spraying with special curing liquid, it forms an anti-fouling, waterproof, anti-corrosion, and anti-aging protective layer, extending road service life.

If later restoration to farmland or change of use is needed, the stabilized soil can be mechanically broken and mixed with the original soil without need for off-site disposal.

7. Wide Range of Applications

Road and railway bases and subbases of all levels

  Soft ground treatment

Industrial parks, storage yards, freight yards, drilling platform site hardening

Plantation roads, temporary construction access roads

  Anti-seepage layers, water conservancy embankments

Non-fired bricks, rammed earth walls, etc.

II. Construction Process (Simplified Version)

This product is suitable for both road mixing and plant mixing methods. The main steps of the road mixing method are as follows:

Survey and staking: Restore the centerline, mark the side lines, and set level control points.

⒉ Soil preparation and leveling: Bring in required soil, roughly level with a bulldozer.

⒊ Spreading cement (optional): If cement or lime is needed, divide the area into grids and spread evenly.

⒋ Dry mixing: Use a road mixer or rotary tiller to mix 1-2 times, ensuring no unmixed spots or interlayers.

⒌ Spray stabilizer and wet mixing:

     ○  Measure soil moisture content (should be about 2% above the optimum moisture content).

     ○  Calculate water addition and stabilizer dosage, dilute the stabilizer with water as per ratio.

        ○  Spray in two portions (about 50% each), mixing 1-2 times after each spray until the color is uniform.

⒍ Initial rolling and leveling: Compact roughly with a bulldozer, then precisely level with a grader. For local depressions, rake to loosen at least 50mm before adding new mix.

⒎ Rolling: Use an 18-22T vibratory roller, following the principles of "light before heavy, slow before fast, static before vibratory". Speed 1.5–2.5 km/h, wheel overlap 1/2.

⒏ Curing: After rolling and passing inspection, cure immediately for at least 7 days (by watering, covering with plastic film, or covering with soil).

⒐ Sealing layer treatment (optional): After curing, let dry for 1 day, then dilute the special curing liquid with water at 1:6, spray evenly, and open to traffic after drying.
